Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. The sealed XLPE polymer housing features a rugged design, as well as a clear sight window, allowing for hassle-free filter inspection. aFe POWER's patent pending filter-to-housing interface eliminates the use of an overabundance of parts, further simplifying the installation process. The housing utilizes the factory air inlet, using no additional hardware, and features an optional auxiliary air inlet that pulls in additional air.
